Jennifer is a very organized person efficient with highly detailed projects, including managing client data, preparing proposals, comparison charts, and responding to various services requests.Jennifer is also responsible for implementing the company’s marketing strategies, including advertisement, seminar, client events, meetings as well as communication with organizations in the communities, in addition to overseeing the company’s online presence. Jennifer joined the team in Feb, 2022.

Emily is the case manager responds to all inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues, answers and resolves client questions and ensures that our clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded. She handles cases with meticulous attention to details, maintains solid relationship with each client, responds to all inquiries, services, and sales requests efficiently. She resolves issues with great care to assure satisfaction and solicit further sales. Emily joined the team in 2022.
